I am very happy to have switched to ACR, so that they were the ones who installed our new variable speed AC system. They installed it one day, and came back the next day because we bought a variable speed unit with the new freon, and they wanted to make sure that everything was set and running properly. Their other team cleaned all our AC vents, ducts and returns (which really needed cleaning!). They also were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, neat and friendly. What a pleasure it is to have skilled, dedicated and personable technicians / workers in your home and see them do the work. Finding an ethical, skilled and dedicated team to take care of your AC and heating needs is not so easy these days. American Air Conditioning & Restoration is this kind of organization, and the owners are hands on which is what helps them stand out I think.

Price a bit high with the easy access to the unit from the garage ceiling, no furniture in the house to work around and very low amount of dirt in the ducts. Both service technicians very good and informed me on everything they did and was professional.
