Performed single system heating maintenance. Checked amps, filter, cleanliness, electrical, flame sensor, igniter, and safeties. System is performing to manufacture specifications. Suggestions and concerns 1. Transformer is running extremely hot and will likely fail entirely. 2. Suggest adding surge protection to the furnace to protect the control board in the case a surge occurs. 3. Suggest adding an Apco-x help maintain a clean and healthy system while so improving air quality within the home.
