Preformed fin combing estimate on a carrier heat pump 2022. Determined that the combing is needed. Austen would like the work to be preformed at a later date. Also spoke to the homeowners about their unit possibly being under sized. After further inspection of the unit I was able to determine that with the having a 1780sqft home that their unit is about a ton shy of what’s needed. They currently have a 3 ton carrier heat pump outside and a 3.5 ton carrier air handler inside.
