George was great! He tested and diagnosed an issue with my fan motor, ordered a replacement, and came back to install the new part and finish the preventative cleaning. I am sure that he caught something that would have been a problem in the near future. He really knows his HVAC stuff! Great job!

The responsive customer service and knowing what the charge for coming out to diagnose the problem was before they came was a great start.
