Alex called as promised when he was on his way, very professional and friendly! He did a fantastic job in my 1st annual maintenance inspection on my mini-splits. I highly recommend him and I hope to have him return again next year. Ten stars plus one extra! My review is based solely on Alex and NOT AEC as a whole. If this review is actually read I do additionally have to say that on the front end with scheduling was a nightmare with Vicky (it took two months before she called me back and that was me calling and going online every other day requesting an appointment - make me question AEC if an Emergancy should ever arise). She is non responsive, unprofessional, lies, argues and she needs to go! She hinders the success of AEC and what they could be doing. However, as I said - Alex is amazing and I hope they treat him very well. He is a true asset to the company.
