George is awesome! He takes the time out to explain things to you. They quoted me the wrong price on my annual cleaning in the office and he made sure to handle it for me. Very nice guy I have no complaints about his service what so ever. When we first had it installed our unit would not work correctly and he made sure they didnt stop trying until they got it right, though it was frustrating at the time, I am so glad we stuck it out! He is the only one I ever want to come and work on my unit because I can trust him.

The techs were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up the work area after completion. There was a mix up with the work orders which effected the loan I took out for the install. The situation was resolved to my satisfaction by the office personnel and the owner. I would call or recommend Advanced Energy Concepts in the future. If I need service in the future I will call them.
