So far we are very happy with the service we have received. Rich has been out to our house multiple times and Rich and Justin came out for the pre-install. These guys are extremely friendly and have answered all of our questions and concerns. We are getting a whole house humidifier, an air knight purifier and a cor thermostat. All of these products, recommended by Rich, have 5 star reviews and we are excited to get them installed on Tuesday. They were able to schedule this sooner than we expected as well. The whole process has been excellent.

Customer requested fall preventative maintenance. Gas furnace and air conditioner were serviced and filters changed and pressures checked. System running great. Customer will recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all of his friends.
Customer called because her gas furnace is not maintaining temperature. Problem is intermittent. Found gas furnace locked out on a code. Gas Furnace runs for up to an hour then shuts down and restarts several times on a soft lockout then finally locking out on code 8 (5 faults in heat cycle) with a 1 hour lockout. Checked igniter, flame sensor, gas pressures, draft pressures, temp rise. After running for about 30 minutes, furnace locked out 5 times on pressure switch fault. Recommend replacing the pressure switch, and customer will address the gas pressure problem with his propane supplier. Temperature problem resolved. Customer will purchase preventive maintenance for regular maintenance. Customer will recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all of her friends.
Customer called because steam humidifier not working. Service technician found powered humidifier leaking water on floor. Testing total system operation and repaired leak/ Problem solved. Customer purchased preventative maintenance program from Advanced Heating & Cooling for two years. Customer will recommend to all of his friends.
Planet Fitness requested services call for water leak in main gym area. During a service call for water leaking into the space, it was discovered that the economizer is not working and is causing the unit to freeze up. Recommend replacing the economizer package so that the unit can utilize free cooling during cool weather and prevent the mechanical cooling from running. Business very happy with service and will highly recommend.
Customer reports no airflow from one floor vent in master bedroom. After Master HVAC technician analysis,attenuator and flex duct replaced. Tested and now air flow is correct.

Clear drain lines and replace bad condensate pump on 3 year old HVAC system with R-410a. Heating and cooling maintenance complete which will help lower heating cost for this residential customer. Furnace system is now ready for unpredictable winter weather.
