We, unfortunately, had to call for assistance as we woke up at 3:30 a.m. to a very cold interior in our house. Fortunately, Jeff was sent to investigate and he very methodically and surely diagnosed the issue. We're running on all electric heating as of today, but expect to hear from Jeff's co-workers today to set up a further appointment. Great service, as usual. We wouldn't care to deal with anyone else.
