It's important to establish a relationship with folks who come to your home to help you maintain important equipment. HVAC is in that category most definitely! Having a technician that remembers the history of the unit with previous owners was a big bonus. He spent the time programming and explaining the new thermostat as well as an outdoor sensor. I feel I can count on Jeff Hall to come and fix whatever happens to fail on the furnace and A/C unit as well. He is personable, skilled and easy to work with when he visits. i am glad to be on the maintenance plan: it's worth it!
