I have the money to buy from anyone. Most people would buy from the lowest bidder. I would like to offer some words of wisdom. The low cost bidder will end up costing you and the price you pay will be exacted at the most inopportune moment. For the last 5 years, Air Doctorx took care of us and our aging heat pump. They treated us like their family, knowing we barely had the money to pay for what we needed. Always a smile, they set us at ease, no matter what the problem. This year it was time to upgrade. The entire experience was trouble free and the installation was nothing short of perfection. Every wire zip-tied, every conduit sealed, every detail received attention. Some of the equipment arrived with some cosmetic damage from the fork lift. Those parts were whisked away and new ones were immediately requested.Nothing but the very best. I was away for most of the day that the installation took place. That is how confident I was that the job would exceed expectations. The following day, the finishing crew arrived and was done by noon. Pressure tested, levelled and check, it works perfectly. But the best thing of all is that I will not have to worry about this unit maybe ever again. Should anything happen I know they would be right out, not in a week, but that day. Just like the last five years. You can easily justify the cost by the quality of their work and their commitment to you year in and year out. In this case, you get way more than you pay for.
