Burn circuit board caused igniter for furnace to blow and not be able to turn on furnace. Replaced circuit board and igniter with brand new ones, furnace up and running with no other issues found.
Spring/Summer AC CPP Maintenance Inspection completed by Comfort Tech Tim. No issues found. System cooling on departure.
Seasonal maintenance on Mitsubishi mini-splits.
Service Ticket Issue: Mitsubishi unit leaking water Technician Service Report: Drain line for unit had air pocket in it causing the water to back up instead of drain. Shortened and reran drain line so pipe doesn't bow and allow air to get trapped. Water draining properly and system cooling on departure.
