We had an evaluation of the problem on Tuesday, and the soonest they would repair the coils was Saturday. They did the service Saturday, but the drain line was not correctly assembled, and I had to call on Sunday and on of the technicians from Saturday re-assembled the line and corrected the problem. However, Monday I still had a hot house and the AC was running non-stop. I called and was told I would have to pay for after hours service to look at the problem. I indicated that this was a continued problem with their installation and that I wanted to speak with a manager. The technician called back promptly and said he was on his way and there would be no additional charge. The new technician informed me that the freon was low and that possibly the installation on Saturday may not have been correct accounting for another leak. He said to call on Tuesday if the house was not cooling properly. The house was cool this morning, so I am hopeful that the Saturday technicians just did not put enough freon in the system. I am quite worried that I will not know that the problem was solved until I get home today and see the usage on the unit.

We thank Dale for coming to fix our heater unit. He was courteous and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He explained to me the issues and repaired our motor without issues. Inspected unit for cooling found downstairs to not be cooling due to low refrigerant. Customer wants to wait but was made aware of damage system incurs from running on low refrigerant.
Blow out drain as well as insulated pipe to prevent condensation warned the customer that the potential for a internal drain crack is still present We we'll continue to monitor to see how system fares over time
Diagnose bad capacitor on outside system replaced system is working properly at this time
2 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked temperature differentials. Inspected drain lines and duct work. Replaced air filters. Checked evaporator coils. Checked condensing units. Checked electrical components and refrigerant pressures are good. No issues found at this time. Systems are ready for summer weather.

Technician Ricardo performed to diagnostic analysis one conventional gas addicts system the other is a conventional 2 zone system controls both the first and third floor the zone board is becoming defective had to add jumpers just to get it to function for the first floor also both the outdoor compressors when calling for cooling and have been off for a while are starting up hard with settling liquid refrigerant recommend crankcase heaters and/or 3 tonnage bolt on expansion valves.
PREPAID HEAT CHECK. LEFT NEW FITLER (2). Co GOING OUT OF FLUE PILE 8-10 PPM OK. Co I SIDE AIRSTREAM 0PPM OK. CAPACITOR OK. CLEAND OFF FLAME SENSORS. (2). BLOWER WHEEL OK. MOTOR AMPS OK. TD-55-60 OK. HEAT CHECKS OUT WORKING FINE ON TEST DATE.
Worked on 2 frezzer units (404a).... replaced defective thermistat on the ~m#med317b indoor . (Back unit (smallone) front larger unit checked out just fine. Now front unit @3�??Back unit @5�.
Replaced 3 ton r22 outside condenser only, w/ same size unit. New liquid line dryers. Recharged w/ 7lbs r22.
Cooling check 2 units water washed cond coils . Need to be done every 30-60 days due to lent from dryer, cleaned out main drain lines, all electronics checked normal, temp drop 1820
Repaired leak @ coil,replaced liquid line dryer, pressure tested @450psi micron rested @ (vacum pumped)@ 400microns, added 4lbsr22, still need to change 50/5/440 dual run cap,& water wash condensing units every30-60days
Need to replace blower wheel, pulley, blower shaft, blower bearings and the parts that hold the bottom bearings in place. The bottom bearing have worn out so bad it has made it to where it is now rubbing metal to metal.
Performed a4 system cooling check water washed all condensing coils replaced all media filters and water washed all Electric static filters added chlorine tablets into main drain lines to help keep clean also found the one-room system sweating causing insulation to be all wet and drip inside sped up endure fan speed and recommend replacing the 10 inch duct and adding duct wrap
Completed mini split gree system installation on a two car garage conversion
Tech found defective start Kit assist for the compressor was out replace starter kit system started operating just fine no other issues found at this time
