We have been using Air Force One for years because they are honest & reliable. We feel very lucky to have Dale R as the technician they send out. He is always prompt & professional.
Kevin came out on time and quickly checked all the possibilities of why my AC unit wasn't coming on. It turned out to be just a loose wire in my thermostat, so he fixed that. He also gave me some advice on replacing my old condenser and coil, which is on my list of improvements to my home.
This company provides a great service & they are honest!!
Technician came out on Thursday, November 13th. He informed us that we needed a new furnace and he would have us an estimate either later that day or the next day. When I had not heard anything by Tuesday morning I called the office and they said they would see what happened and get back to me shortly. I still have not heard anything so I assume Air Force One is not interested in my business. I will have to proceed with another company.
