Springtime Furnace Repair Service for a residential customer near Rosemeade Elementary School. Found furnace was not getting both legs off power causing the system to be non functional. Also noticed the condenser coil was dirty needing a heavy cleaning as well as the air filter not being sealed and being so clogged the blower had pulled it through its tray. Highly recommended renewing maintenance so we can get it taken care of to ensure system runs properly.
