AIR FORCE ONE changed my upstairs unit at a better price than others. Also they didn't try to sell me the downstairs unit since it was working great. Other companies tried to persuade me to change the downstairs unit just because it was old. They also have come to do the twice annual service, and have been very professional. I will keep calling them for my futures maintenance of both units.

2 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked temperature differentials. Inspected duct work and drain lines. Filters are clean. Checked condensing units. Checked electrical components. Checked capacitors. Coils are clean. No issues found at this time. Systems are working as designed.
Outside unit has leak on condenser coiled gave customer quote for worst case and best case scenario customer will get back to us with his decision also renewed annual membership please see pictures attached
2 system winter PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked inducer motor amps. Inspected heat exchangers. Checked temperature differentials. Cleaned flame sensors. Downstairs unit would throw a code 33. Waited for 4 minute blower delay and it would turn on without any issues. Waited 15-20 minutes and it did not turn back off. Customer will call us if issue arises again and it doesn’t turn back on.
Heating Check up 2 systems lennox furnace,replaced low capacitors on blowers,Co inside airstream 0ppm,replaced defected t-stat both working fine
Maintenance check up 2 systems downstairs system was recharge with r22 refrigerant Temperature difference were 20 both are working fine.
Found condenser fan motor overamping, replaced 1/3 hp 1075rpm motor.
Cooling Check of 2 systems. Upstairs needs new drain pan, contactor, add start kit and replace disconnect. Washed condenser coils, checked motors, capacitors and electrical.
