Technician was great, very competent, and friendly. It was an 11:00 PM appointment and he acted like it was the first one of his day. Pricing was reasonable. Last A/C people we had out ripped us off with their labor! I will definitely call Air Force One again.

System is working properly at this time no recommendations please see pictures attached we'll revisit system during fall maintenance and compare contrast measurements
Replaced defected conderser fan motor on downstairs conderser 14hp 230v 850rpm, inspect system all working fine.
Replaced 55-10 440v capacitor on a rheem condneser
Replaced txv on adp coils, system now working properly
Service valves leaking outside added 1lbs r22
Technician Ricardo found triple A batteries needing to be replaced on the digital thermostat double checked all other electronic parts inside and outside check how clean outside and indoor units were would work just fine the belt still was okay free on levels checked normal no other issues found at this time system is running just fine batteries were just out
Technician Ricardo performed one preventative cooling check cleaned out condenser coils drain lines changed 20 X 25 X one filter. Both indoor and outdoor electronic parts check normal other than the blower motor starting up hard bearings going out will eventually need to be replaced other than that free on levels checked normal temperature drops across in your system alright at 20 degrees no other issues found at this time other than the blower motor system is ready for a hot summer
Ac check up one system no problems were detected refrigerant levels were normal compressor amps ok all working fine
Maintenance check up 3System 3pounds r22 was added for great cooling performance of living area system.
Installed New Rheem 5 ton rooftop gas pack / air conditioning system with the new 410 a refrigerant environmentally friendly refrigerant tested both the heating and cooling system is operating fine ready for any hot summer
Technician Ricardo found the zoning board system causing issues to the main furnace control board replace zoning board and system started operating just fine worked on an Amana upflow gas furnace
Technician Ricardo performed preventive check on to Lenox horizontal right and left attic gas furnaces carbon monoxide levels tested normal no carbon monoxide found inside the home all electrical parts check normal might consider surge protection for electronics on equipment and maybe U.V.charcoal filter air cleaner to help protect from airborne and surface overgrowth. No issues found system is ready for winter
