Technician Ricardo performed diagnostic analysis on the downstairs gas Amana heating system found in the attic second floor tested all the heating and electrical components only found the flame sensor putting out a to millivolt reading replaced and now receiving a 12 Miller both reading and system is up and operating correctly
Blew out drain on downstairs and washed coils on upstairs

Found conderser fan motor locked up will return with warranty motor for replacement
Technician Ricardo diagnosed upstairs system found evaporator coil leaking out three to four pounds of refrigerant also found two week capacitors one for the Flor one for the outdoor unit the 20 X 25 x1 filter was dirty needed to be replaced and outdoor condenser coils need to be water washed every 30 to 60 days recommend replacing equipment due to age and r22 equipment/ refrigerant becoming more and more expensive especially if you plan on staying in the house for the next 10 years
