Springtime HVAC Repair Service for a residential homeowner near Cottonwood. Found system devoid of refrigerant due to it being an older r22 system repair and refilling with refrigerant is too cost prohibitive. Customer would like to look at getting a mini split system due to size and layout. Square footage is approximately 1050ft 3 head units estimated qt this time for adequate cooling.
Air Conditioning Repair for a commercial client. Inspected units for cooling only concern found was both units condensers pull higher starting amps than specifications allow for. Recommended installing hard start kits to help reduce long term wear and tear on systems.
Inspected both units for heating. Replaced one filter other filter noted as a 16x25x4 is actually a 20x25x4. Bring extra filter for downstairs in spring visit.
Condenser fan motor (CFM) had loose bearings. Replaced CFM with aftermarket motor. System is cooling properly at this time now. No other issues found.
System was low 2 pounds of r22. Added refrigerant and system is cooling properly at this time now. No other issues found. Returned system to operating settings.
Perform system maintenance talk to the customer about recommended upgrades Remy Halo customer declined at this time system is performing to manufacturer specifications
2 system spring PM. Checked blower motor amps. Checked temperature differential. Inspected coil and air flow. Replaced filters. Checked condensing unit. Checked fan and compressor amps. Coils are clean. No issues found at this time. System is working as designed.
Service contract furnace inspection rheem system, Co inside airstream 0ppm, Co going out flue normal, filter was ok,inducer motor amps :ok System working properly.
Cooling check of 2 systems found both indoor and outdoor capacitors low needing to be replaced main drain line clogged needed to be cleaned both outdoor units needed to be washed and main system needed about 1 lbs of r22 otherwise systems or cooling just fine and you still have available 2 heat checks available
