Technicians arrived and taped and sealed supply plenum to upstairs unit with mastic. Supply duct collars were sealed with mastic at the joints. Joints of supply ducts are tearing at the seams due to the weight of the ducts and can be trimmed and reattached to prevent further tearing. During inspection found multiple leaks on upstairs and downstairs unit recommended replacing leaking components please see pictures attached
