Technicians arrived and found fill valve in toilet constantly running. The angle stop connecting the supply line was not shutting completely so technicians opened water meter and shut off water at the street. The existing angle stop, supply line and fill valve were removed and replaced with new parts. The water was turned back on and angle stop, supply line, and fill valve were checked for leaks. No leaks were present and toilet was tested and found to be filling appropriately and shutting off when satisfied. During repairs the toilet bad was found to not be properly secured to the tile and bolts were found to be corroded. Customer was informed of the toilet not being properly secured and further repairs or toilet and flange replacement were recommended.
