Jacob came out on time and it’s time to replace HVAC. They are going to replace it all tomorrow.
Jacob arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection of our A/C unit. He explained everything about what he did and found.
My system quit cooling and outside unit wouldn't come on and was tripping the breakers. I contacted Air Force One was given a window of availability and Kevin came out at the start of that time window fast service, he checked out my system diagnosed the problem and provided options for replacing parts or the system. System replacement made more sense than throwing good money at an old system. New system cost wasn't that much more than replacing the outside unit that uses the old freon who know's how long that will remain available. I chose to go with a new system that's more efficient rather than limp along the old one. I hope to see electric bills go down with the new system too.
Had Wilson come out and check my system and they wanted $4k to replace the outside unit. I wanted a second opinion and Air Force One has fixed the problem for $120... They actually troubleshoot instead of trying to sell me a new unit. I have a new AC company.
I have had the maintenance agreement for now the 4th year, and going on nine years for the equipment, and Air Force One has been exception from day one (Install, maintenance, issues). Kevin did a great job, appreciated.
