Hi Mark, Yes I'm quite happy with your service along with the knowledgeable and courteous service by Kerry. I appreciate your mmediate acceptance to pay half on the spot and the second half on July third. Your instant awareness that my problem that I need a new Thernostat and not additional freon was accurate. But cobsidering that your servicecall is $65, this means thay I was charged $85 for it.. A little pricy, No? I'm happy with yur service. Have a long healthy life.
