I felt a sincere trust about Shawn Gazor. Very knowledgeable with years of experience & pleasant to work with. With anything new, there are always a few hiccups, but Shawn was quick to diagnose & fix everything to standard. Explained some of my previous issues with the 11 year old unit, and he explained what needed to be done to take of them. So far, everything is an A+ rating.
