It speaks volumes about a company when they employ individuals like Aaron to work for them. Our AC / Heat went out on a night the temperature was in the mid 30's. The next morning, which just happened to be New Year's Day, I called and left a message with Air Waves Heating and Air Conditioning. I was not expecting anyone to respond until after the Holiday was over and was surprised when I received a call from one of their technicians. I explained what had happened and he walked me through some trouble shooting on the phone. When this didn't fix the problem he decided he would come out and take a look, even though it was a holiday and he was not on call. He arrived and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem and assured me he would get the necessary parts the next day when the supplier would be open. To make a long story short, he did exactly what he said he would do, repaired the issue, and had us up and running quickly. As a business owner for many years I can tell you that it is a rare event to find an individual who is a skilled and talented technician that also understands customer service. Aaron is one of those rare individuals and a credit to your company.
