Found compressor was not running and found that one of the wires had burned off. Reconnected the wire and tested the unit. 18.0 amps. Wrapped the unit and checked refrigerant levels and everything is running great.
Added new duct to return. Talked with customer about adding more return 700 cfm more. Found filter sucked up in boot and very dirty this was causing return to collapse. Customer wants done will need plenum added and 14 inch duct with 20x22 filter grill installers will need to build boot.
