Did a 2 winter maintenance tuneup plus plan in Dallas TX. Checked blowers and capacitors, checked amps and ohmns, checked ignition, cleaned vacuum ports, cleaned flame sensors, checked limits and safety’s, everything is to manufacture specs. Discussed with customer about air scrubber.
Did a winter maintenance tuneup plus plan on 2 furnaces, carrier infinity systems, checked limits and safety’s, checked amps and ohmns, cleaned flame sensors, cleaned vacuum ports, checked variable blowers. Found everything to manufacture specs.
Did a 2 system winter maintenance tuneup plus plan renewal, both furnaces are 18 seer, communication systems. Checked limits and safety’s, checked amps and ohmns, cleaned vacuum ports, cleaned flame sensors, checked blower motor variable blowers, both units put in at spring of this year. Both meets manufacture specs.
Did a 2 system winter maintenance tuneup plus plan filters are provided by customer. Checked both units found downstairs furnace running too hot due to furnace being filthy along with evap coil. Suggesting duct cleaning, checked for leaking carbon monoxide found none. Checked limits and safety’s, checked amps and ohmns, checked capacitors all is good.
Preformed three system preventive maintenance.
Found unit turned off in attic not allowing nest thermostat to work. Turned back on and tested thermostat to work properly. Suggesting maintenance.
