Blake was a blessings sent although the new about my air and heat unit wasn't. He listened to me and all the bad things that previously happened to me me in the last few mo. Trey and Cole showed up during their scheduled timeframe. Both very polite and professional. They completed the system check without issue. Trey also worked with the City of McKinney to assist with a virtual Code Check based upon work done earlier this year. Very helpful that I didn't have to do this - as I'm not as familiar with the process as he is. Very much appreciated the extra effort.

Found thermostat not seated on the wall, seated it, put it to heat found both blower and induced draft motor running but no 24 volts, found 24 at molex but not thru board. Replaced control board with white Rodgers 50m56u-843 tested unit and is heating properly. Shared with customer about maintenance left flier.
Customer complained of no heat coming out of registers. Found several things wrong, bypass damper adjuster not locked in and damper always open. High limit switch faulty at 98 degrees replaced. Gas valve not adjusted for 3.5 it was at 1.5. Adjusted it to work properly. Tested on and off several times found no other issues. McKinney TX
Did a 2 system diamond maintenance tuneup for winter on 2 furnaces in McKinney TX. Pulled both blowers and cleaned them very dirty, but clean now. Checked limits and safety’s, checked amps and ohmns, cleaned flame sensors, cleaned vacuum ports, everything is at manufacture spec.
Completed service repairs for a customer in McKinney, TX! Got them up and cooling.
