Jerry Threadgill was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our AC had been out for 4 days, thankfully he was able to fix it on the spot without having to order parts because he kept common supplies on his truck which many technicians do not. So thankful he was sent because another day in this Texas heat might have done us in!!

New system replacement and 2 system duct cleaning Sherman
Customer-said that the plumber noticed the fan on h/p not turning so she called AHS for work order to get fan working. I found that the fan is in manufacture specs and has a good 7.5 uf cap. I started h/p and checked amps, refrigerant levels and tested defrost all is in working order. I show customer how the heat pump works explained the process.
Preformed one system heating preventive maintenance. Checked furnace for proper operation in the heating cycle. Did not find any mechanical problems the furnace is heating properly and working with in manufactures specifications at this time.
