Today, Bryce from AirNow did a maintenance checkup on our HVAC system. He called prior to arriving, and was punctual. Thorough is the best word to describe his attention to detail and knowledge of his craft. Every question I had was explained in detail and by visually showing me. Bryce also had a female trainee with him, and I heard how thorough he was explaining each step in the checkup process. He seemed as though he was a veteran in HVAC knowledge, but when I inquired on his length in the field, he responded with one year. Blew me away! He was obviously well trained as well. Very professional individual!
