Tech was nice, but system was working fine before he performed the fall checkup, but not after. During the check he raised the temp to check the heating so after he left we decided to cool the house off. That's when we discovered the system no longer worked. It went into waiting mode, still in it as I write this. We called the office and now we're stuck waiting for a tech to become available. Pretty much ruined our evening. Needless to say, we're not happy.
Ken was very thorough and professional. He had a trainee with him but was helpful in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Replaced a malfuncoining thermostat explaining that it had been recalled two years ago and was under warranty. The previous technician told me that if it was bad I would have to buy a new one. More of your technicians should have the same attitude as Ken. Especially with customers who are paying for a maintenance contact. Very pleasing experience even though I needed to replace the unit. You need more like Ken
Hunter was good at explaining what he was doing & what services he had to offer.
Kevin and Jamie were both personable and well-mannered. They politely answered any question I had. Finished in remarkable time! From start to finish with Air Now and this "problem", absolutely no complaints.
Hunter has been the consummate repairman, both this time and the time before. He is very personable. And we do trust him to be completely honest with us. Would definitely recommend Air Now.
