It was prescribed that there is rust due to condensation that is creating the right environment for possible Carbon Monoxide poisoning. The photos of ducts look similar to those that were shown to me prior to 'mold an mildew' infected duct pictures that were shown to me 2/3 years ago. But these were explained to be where the heater roars to life, creating 'pits and dings'. I am no HVAC specialist, this may be why I don't understand completely what I am looking at.
