Our old unit went out on a Friday evening. I called and was told someone could be out in about an hour. The technician was knowledgeable and confirmed that we needed a whole new unit. Another employee came out that evening and quoted us a price on a unit we decided on. But it couldn’t be installed until Monday. Thankfully we had a tolerable May weekend. But we were also allowed to use a portable unit for the weekend. Monday came and the guys showed up to install it. They were very professional and did a great job. We have been really happy with the system and especially happy with the customer service we have received. We would highly recommend this company!!
