A tornado took out the power line running to my house. When power was restored three days later the heat pump would only put out hot air. It seems an apparent power surge blew out the heat pump thermostat. Within 20 minutes of calling AirNow, Landen French pulled up, diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat, and waited for the system to start cooling. Landen provided fast and friendly service. I highly recommend Landen French and AirNow!

If you ever need HVAC service in the Montgomery-Millbrook-Prattville area, I can highly recommend AirNow. I initially thought my water heater was leaking but it turned out the heat pump drain was blocked and water was flowing out of the unit into the kitchen. The tech, Ken Bradley, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to clear the blockage and installed a sensor in the pipe that kills the power to the heat pump if it stops draining. It also allows me to flush out the pipe periodically to prevent future blockages. All this for under $150!
