First setting up the appointment was very cumbersome. The system said I was not a previous costumer. I was. The maintenance took just over 2 hours. The verdict was that there was a part sub standard, not broken just sub standard. As it turned out, it was the part Alaskan Air replaced just over a year ago. The explanation was that this part only lasts from 2 years to 8 years. Sounds like marketing obsolescence to me. Again felt like I was being worked the entire time.
