I was called to a home in Alaska to check the heat and cool system. The customer had noticed that the air conditioner was not working properly. I arrived at the house and began my inspection. I checked the thermostat and found that it was not working properly. I replaced the thermostat and tested the system. The air conditioner was now working properly.
