Stryker was awesome!! Explained everything to my understanding. Took his time to explain what I didn’t understand in detail. Spent a lot of time showing me what was wrong with my unit, used pictures, was very knowledgeable!! Very courteous, friendly and professional young man. I will ask for him by name every time my unit needs servicing!!

Unforeseen circumstances required the guys to come back several times to get my Mitsubishi MiniSplit working perfectly. They READILY came back every time to make it right. It became very evident to me that the installers and techs and supervisors at Alaskan are in it for the long-haul, they will be around to assist with any issues that might come up. And that is huge for me…HUGE!
