Estimate the plumbing repairs needed on the kitchen hot line. Open up the wall behind the washing machine and find the manifold. Once the manifold is found lines will be cut until we find the kitchen line that is leaking. The lines that are good still will be reconnected and the kitchen line that is leaking will be disconnected and left out and re-plumbed with new copper and pex up the wall up around the corner of the hallway/laundry room to the backside of the kitchen cabinets. It will penetrate the wall and go behind the kitchen cabinets to under the kitchen sink, all in 1/2†copper. When the work is complete the drywall will be repaired by the manifold by installing a access panel and drywall repairs will be done. If the manifold is not where the client is pointing out and we have to open up a separate section behind the water heater to find the manifold there will be additional cost. That is not included in this bid.
