I've been using Alaskan Air for years, I got to know a lot of good peope in the past who worked there; not sure why but there was a total turn over. I was skeptical because I thought they were such a nice bunch of people, and they always remembered our home. Well, I needed the a/c to be looked at, kind of the end of the hot season but we still get warm and may need an a/c a bit longer. I called them, they sent their guy, "Arturo" and he was really nice, friendly and helpful. They somehow found yet a bunch of great people. Of course, since covid - everything seems to have gone up in prices.. that part - eh! not to crazy about but what can I do.
