Shane was great. My ac unit started screeching and not cooling. Called Alaskan ac at 3 pm and got a appt. the appt same day was between 4-7pm he showed up at 5 pm. Got right to work troubleshooting down to a bad fan motor. Had the parts on the truck already. Gave me an option to upgrade the electronics and was knowledgeable about pro vs cons. I opted out of the upgrade due to the life of my unit. With in an hour we had a/c back on and cold air flowing. With a newborn in the house I highly appreciate the urgency of the tech and company as a whole.
