William diagnosed and fixed a particularly difficult intermittent issue with the compressor cooling fan. The system would stop cooling during the hottest part of the day and in the evening it would begin cooling again. William came out in the heat of the day and diagnosed the cause. He replaced the fan motor and that solved the cooling system issue. Thanks William!

Tech arrived a little early; that’s ok. Tech Installed Honeywell T4 Pro programmable thermostat. Install was without any issues. I am agast at $377!! for the thermostat and installation (even with Alaskan Club membership discount). Tech ran a test of the installation; test was successful, and tech gave me a short programming tutorial. I’ll have to really study the user manual as programming the thermostat is not very intuitive. It is a complicated device.

I have been in this valley if the sun my entire life and have had 4 houses over the years . I have had so many issues with a/ c units and a/c technicians over the years to choke a horse. I take customer service very seriously. I met William Fiegle today from Alaskian Air. I will never have another technician work on my units. This guy is amazing. I told him the problem and within 15 minutes he had the voltage transformer?? and some burned up wires replaced and the unit up and running again. This guy knows his stuff, im not messing around, i was totally impressed. Thanks you William, excellent job.
