Earl Diaz made quite an impression on my wife and me. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and financing programs, and when our unit was proving to be more difficult to repair than usual Earl spent the time he needed (on his hands and knees out in the heat) to do the job right. Our house became very warm and we were uncomfortable, but because of Earl's persistence we're now cool and comfortable again. Alaska Air has a great representative in Earl.

I am sitting here at home this morning waiting the 5th time for the ‘master’ plumber to come and complete my job. The first time he was a ‘no show’ and no one bothered to inform us that he was not coming. When I called to find out why he didn’t show up I was treated very rudely. The second time he came he did part of the work outside but needed parts he didn’t bring with him. He also did not have the correct faucet for the reverse osmosis. The third time he still did not have the correct reverse osmosis faucet for inside but he finished the outside work except he installed the wrong hose bib. The fourth time he came back to fix three soldering and PVC leaks. Today, the 5th visit, he is coming to repair 2 dripping leaks, install the correct hose bib and clean up solder from by brick wall and remove ugly blue PVC glue from my decorative white landscaping rock because he didn’t take steps to protect it while he worked. He was never able to replace my reverse osmosis faucet. Meanwhile, I tracked one down less than 2 miles away and replaced it myself. I am waiting now for the refund of $160.00 to be applied back to my credit card and for him to show up today. At least they called me this morning to let me know he is running an hour to an hour and a half late. So here I sit with five days wasted waiting for a job that should have been completed on the first visit.
The information on invoice left out what parts where used, make model and what service that was performed. Mick forgot to shut off water to hose which had been leaking since he was here. I'm having second thoughts i got a contract with your company. Russell Danser

Water heater check. Flushed sediment. No problems found at this time.
Replaced hose bibs x2. Front yard and backyard. Checked meter for any slab leak, no problems found.
