The tune-up check has left us with a lot of uncertainty. The front cover of the inside unit was not removed, however, I was told it was "clean as a whistle". How can that be? No meters were ever used to check the air flow at the duct vents, yet we were told that we had leaks in the ductwork. Is this flow checked by the laptop instead of a meter? Usually, the vents on the outside unit have been cleaned. This was not done. The coils are usually sprayed with some chemical and then hosed off with water. Again, this was not done. Guess we are not very "tech savvy" and don't understand all that is done by the computers.
