From the time the original HVAC unit was installed and roof trusses were cut in the attic, a recently replaced coil was improperly installed causing water damage and a collapsed living room ceiling. The repair to the HVAC system resulted in yet another improper installation as the splash plate was not installed properly and yet another leak developed. It's been three weeks and I still have a 40 square foot hole in my living room ceiling. I've been living in my bedroom the whole time. When I asked for an extended warranty on my system due to all the "Take apart, put back together, improper installations and inconvenience," I've not heard a word from the Company. Considering they have the State of Arizona's contract with Home Depot for their HVAC work, I would think they would step up and offer something for the errors and inconveniences. I feel bad they have to incur the large expenses for the damage repair. However, it was not of my doing. I like the the people at Alaskan but their business integrity is somewhat lacking. I would not recommend them at this time to anyone.
