Found entire inside of condenser full of rodent droppings and urine as well as multiple chewed wires, sensors and other components. Inside of air handler had evidence of rodents and chew marks as well as poison tablets that homeowner had placed inside cabinet. Outdoor unit is showing major faults I suspect outdoor control board has failed again due to rodent damage but would like Mitsubishi technical support to confirm this but was unable to due to them being closed for the Presidentsâ€™ Day holiday.
