Found that condensation is occurring from the outside air that is present inside the heat exchanger tubing. Removed all the panels to verify no water issues anywhere else and found none. I also pointed out to the customer that the heat exchanger has a built in slope to allow that condensation to run out of heat exchanger. It is normal and will occur anytime there is high levels of humidity and the unit is on.
