complaint of a.c freezing up. son in laws house. found system low on charge with leak in air handler coil. also found weak run capicitor for condenser fan motor. replaced capicitor with new and charged system. unit needs repair coil. system is operating properly at this time.

complaint of system not cooling. Found system froze up from plugged air filter. also found weak dual run capicitor. replaced run capicitor and air filter and tested system operation. system is now operating properly.
