It was a pleasure to meet with Logan,Zo,Dakota and Kyle around 9:00 A.M. and it was actually a little sad to see them leave at 3:00 P.M. The three servicemen showed up at our home to install to complete systems for our duplex, they were here on the job 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. The were ready to go to work and done just that. They were very neat and done just exactly what they were to do. They also clean up and vacuumed some of the floor that was needing it. They worked together well with each other and had respect for the others option as to what was needed to complete the job.

Installed new gas furnace with coil and new outdoor condenser to match
Performing a planned maintenance inspection of a Trane 80 percent gas furnace and a complimentary water heater inspection on a Ruud water heater. Performing a combustion analysis on the furnace. Inspecting burners, ignitor, and flame sensor. Changing the filter. Checking temp rise on equipment and inspecting flue pipes. Also testing the water heater PSI, heating cycle, wiring and venting.
Completed summer a.c checkouts on 3 heat pump systems and also went over customer education on thermostats and filter change locations and intervals. systems checked out showing normal operation at this time.
