The three servicemen showed up at our home to install to complete systems for our duplex, they were here on the job 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. The were ready to go to work and done just that. They were very neat and done just exactly what they were to do. They also clean up and vacuumed some of the floor that was needing it. They worked together well with each other and had respect for the others option as to what was needed to complete the job.

Performing a AC tune up on a Lennox communicating variable capacity heat pump system. Replaced the air filter. Cleaned the evaporator coil and drain line. Inspected the blower. Tightened electrical connections. Checked the refrigerant charge. Washed the outdoor unit and coil out. Tested thermostat. Found a wiring error on system causing equipment communication problems. Rectified issue. No other issues found on the system today.
