a.c tune up on 2022 lennox heat pump system. system checked out showing normal operation at this time.
complaint of a.c freezing up. son in laws house. found system low on charge with leak in air handler coil. also found weak run capicitor for condenser fan motor. replaced capicitor with new and charged system. unit needs repair coil. system is operating properly at this time.
complaint of system freezing up and filter in bottom of base. was able to get filter out of bottom of base. checked charge and verified all components were working properly. system is good to go now.

complaint of system not cooling. Found system froze up from plugged air filter. also found weak dual run capicitor. replaced run capicitor and air filter and tested system operation. system is now operating properly.
complaint of a.c not cooling. found system slightly low on r22. added 1 pound of r22 to get design superheat and checked all system components. system is now operating properly.
