Installed 5ton split system with a heat pump and electric air handler
I installed a 2-ton split system for BFRealty at the DD Terrace Maples property. The installation included setting up both the indoor air handler and the outdoor condenser unit, connecting refrigerant lines, and ensuring proper electrical connections. I also checked the system’s refrigerant levels, tested the thermostat, and confirmed that the airflow and cooling capacity were optimal. After a thorough inspection and testing, the new system is running efficiently, providing reliable cooling for the property.
Service call for a Gibson air conditioner. Found a failed run capacitor and system low on charge R22. All Seasons is installing a new higher efficiency heat pump!
Troubleshooting a no communication call on a Lennox communicating heat pump system. Found low voltage wiring creating antennas causing electromagnetic interference on system. Fixed wiring to eliminate problems. Tested equipment with no faults.
Checking a Lennox heat pump system that’s on our planned maintenance agreement. Cleaning indoor and outdoor coils, clearing the condensate drain line. Checking the refrigerant charge and testing electrical components. Testing thermostat operation and overall system performance
Servicing 2 Dual Fuel Lennox systems that are on our Planned Maintenance Agreement for an air conditioning tune up. Today I inspected our filter kits and UV bulbs, they’re good until fall this year. Cleaned the indoor coils and drain lines. Checked refrigerant levels and valves. Tested electrical components on both systems and both thermostats. No issues found on either system today, both systems are clean and ready for summer!

Completed a thorough heating tune-up on a Lennox XP21 in West Branson, MO. I am also installing a cutting-edge S40 smart thermostat for our valued customer! With this smart technology, our client can enjoy personalized comfort, energy savings, and remote control of their heating system. The S40 not only enhances efficiency but also provides a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Heating season tune-up on an older (12 yr. old) Lennox heat pump in West Branson, MO. It shows this unit is still running well! I completed all tasks including changing the air filters to maintain proper airflow and indoor air quality. Also, checked thermostat settings to verify accuracy and adjust it if needed for comfort and energy efficiency. I inspected and lubricated all moving parts such as motors and bearings, to reduce friction and prevent wear. I do all the proper diagnostics for our clients during annual maintenance. That way the customer can rest assured they will keep warm this winter!
