Planned maintenance agreement heating tune up found that the systems were operating properly.
Complaint of system not heating. Found alert code not accurate on ignition control. System was loosing flame signal due to bad ignitor-sensor combined unit. Replaced part and tested system. System showing normal operation at this time.

No a.c on carrier heat pump with Gibson outdoor unit. Diagnosis- Found outdoor unit fan run capicitor shorted. Solutions- Replaced run capicitor and tested system. Looks great at this time.

Performed a full geo inspection. Checked all wires and safety switches. Checked water pressure. Unit is cooling properly at this time.
Came out to find out why thermostat wasn't working. Found that thermostat was bad replaced thermostat with honeywell pro 5000 thermostat. To get the system operating properly.

Complaint of a.c not blowing cold air. Diagnosis- Found system low on charge, customer did not wish to find leak just add for the meantime. Added 2 pounds of r22 and tested system. System now operating properly at this time.

Replacing a compressor under warranty on a Lennox heat pump system. Removing refrigerant charge. Brazing in new compressor. Pressure testing system. Performing a system evacuation. Recharging system refrigerant. And testing system performance after repair.
